After a decade of entertaining football, Kevin De Bruyne has announced he will be leaving Manchester City by the end of this Premier League campaign.
Known for his outstanding dribbling, passing, shooting and playmaking skills, KDB is regarded as one of the greatest midfielders of this generation. The Belgian's achievements in Manchester are a testimony to his selfless dedication to English football.
Born on 28 June 1991, the Belgian international has been characterized by his shooting ability an world-class playmaking technique.
Since joining Man City in the 2015 summer, KDB has featured for the blues 277 times, scoring 70 times and assisting 118 goals.
The Belgian has had multiple achievements to his name, winning the Premier League six times, Champions League, five League Cups and two FA cups. He has also been named Player of the season two times and Champions League team of the season.
In his farewell message, KDB poured his heart out as he thanked his teammates, fans and the technical team for their contribution towards his success, having won Everything with the Manchester Club.
"... Manchester will forever be on our kids' passports...." the Belgian added
Talking about his exit, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola described KDB as a greatest player.
"...his influence on our success in the last decade , that would be impossible to imagine without him. It's no doubt he's one of the greatest for sure."..Guardiola praised.
Its not yet clear about his next move though some sources suggest he might have got offers from Saudi Arabia and decided to go for greener pasture.
