Western Uganda and the country in general has been messed up after an entertaining television host announced his resignation from Tv West, a workplace he has called home for many years.
Born "Muhereza Valentine", Kachaina comedian is a multi-talented musician,comedian and professional media personality who has for over the years entertained Ugandans and exported his talents due to his outstanding art and creativity,mixed with unmatched communication skills that have earned him different ambassadorial responsibilities and invitations to many modern functions to serve as a host.
As a comedian, his talent saw him grab many opportunities and earned him a job at BFM which later inspired him to take on journalism and mass communication, a course he recently graduated from Bishop Stuart University.
In March,2024 , Kachaina announced his resignation from Radio West, a vision group member station in western ugandas city Mbarara.
This not only surprised his radio listeners but also the media students who he inspired. He then continued his journey with Tv West, from which he has always entertained different viewers with his unique style of presentation that leaves every viewer giggling.
Earlier today,via his official Facebook page, Kachaina announced his retirement from Tv West, a post that received mixed reactions and left many questions about what could be his next step.
"Dear friends, family, and loyal viewers of TV West & Omuneneserezo program,
It's with a mix of emotions that I announce my resignation from my roles at TV West, effective August 29, 2024.
I'm grateful to the management and staff for the support and opportunities I've received during my time here.
Though I'm leaving this role, TV West 'll always be part of my life and career journey.
This isn't the end of my journey however, but a new beginning that requires me to take this step.
I'm excited for what's next in store for me and within a certain period of time I will be able to let you know my next step in life.
I'll always be available for any inquiries or assistance on all my contacts and social accounts. And always remember, I am just a phone call away!

Unconfirmed allegations however suggest that he is focusing on politics as his next journey since he eyes a big position in Mbarara City ahead of the 2026 election season.
